Complaint filed with MEA
Respected Sir,
Dominic Simon, a social activist, has been in prison in Saudi Arabia for more than 15 days. Some members of the Riyadh embassy, along with outside forces, were imprisoned for abusing their diplomatic status and reacting to allegations of corruption in a way that had never happened before. The big mafia is working with some prominent figures in the Riyadh embassy and some expatriate leaders to prevent the government's expatriate welfare schemes from reaching the general public.
Sir, they buy commission and pass the benefits only on their own. It is a two-pronged strategy of turning others against the government. The mafia provoked Dominic Simon by filing RTI requests as part of gathering evidence to draw the government's attention to it.
In order to bring disrepute among the expatriates about the Vande Bharat Mission flight service, which was recently launched in the context of Covid - 19, these mafias went beyond the norms prescribed by the government and tried to bring people home illegally by taking commission. This is news in all media. Such scams are rampant in the embassy.
Dominic Simon's crime is trying to prevent it for the good of the country. Angered by the revelation of the conspiracy, some officials at the mafia embassy also complained to the Saudi police and imprisoned him.
A fake WhatsApp message is being spread saying that all this has been done wrong and that the case should be withdrawn with an apology.
If not reported to the Embassy Police, how can the embassy withdraw a complaint if it apologizes for a crime Dominic did not commit, as the WhatsApp message says, sir?
The mafia is constantly threatening Dominic Simon's wife and young children, both over the phone and offline, to prevent the reputation of the motherland from being tarnished in front of other countries and people.
It should also be noted that not a single expatriate organization has intervened in this matter for fear of them. Now, after his arrest, Dominic's residence in Saudi Arabia has expired without a renewal.
Therefore, it is urgent to intervene in this matter and bring to light the mafias surrounding the Riyadh Embassy and to find those who have abused their diplomatic position,
To protect the reputation of the country and the embassy from being tarnished, to conduct a thorough investigation and to punish the culprits,
To free Dominic, who was tortured for his motherland, and to give him and his family the opportunity to work quietly and remain in Saudi Arabia,
I humbly request you to take action as a citizen who wants the glory of India.
