    c)    Gender and Date of birth / Age
    d)    Description about the job he/she was doing before his/her arrest
    e)    Name, phone number and address of his/her last employer/sponsor
    f)    Please provide the copy of his/her passport, work permit and all other available documents

2 .   Please provide the below details about his/her arrest/cases/trail
    a)    Date in which he/she was arrested.
    b)    Please specify the reason why he/she was arrested.
    c)    Name, address and telephone numbers of the jail in which the person was sent
    d)    Please specify the comprehensive information about the cases charged against him/her.
    e)    Kindly provide comprehensive information about his /her Case /Trails so far.
    f)    Name and contact details of his/her lawyer.
    g)    Please specify the current status of his/her case.
    h)    Who is paying/Who paid money for the lawyer and other legal support?

3.   Please specify whether his/her trails are over not?
    a)    If yes, please provide the details about his/her sentence.
    b)    Please specify the date /year when his/her sentence will get over.

4 .   Please provide the below information about the efforts made by the Embassy/Govt of India for his/her release.
